hi there, lovely being

Here’s a little about me…

I grew up on the Mediterranean island of Malta, surrounded by beautiful produce and an innate culture where family gets together around lovingly prepared food. At eighteen, I wanted to explore more and I left home to pursue my studies in Marketing, in the UK.

My corporate career spanned over 12 great years, during which I met some of the most influential people in my life and for this, I’ll be forever grateful.

This brings me to now. I’ve spent the last few years on an in-depth, personal learning journey, qualifying as a Personal Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner with The Coaching Academy, a Mental Health First Aider, and most recently, a certified Grief Educator. I am a passionate lifelong learner and so I remain committed to a continuous professional development journey, to serve my purpose fully within my soul child, food&being™.

Because I consider creating safe, nurturing spaces for lovely beings to be their whole authentic selves to be my superpower, I have ensured that food&being™ is a trauma-informed practice, certified by the Association for Psychological Therapies (APT).

Other than cooking for joy and loved ones, I adore dogs, and cheese (almost in equal measures), and require coffee first thing in the morning. I enjoy walks around our North West London neighbourhood with my long-term partner Rob, a good series-spree, getting lost in new cities, and having a Monkey47 (if you love gin, try it out!) with loved ones. I also think Brené Brown is the bee’s knees.

Now it’s your turn to tell me a little about you. Get in touch, I’ve popped the kettle on!
